Groups of 20 to 150 persons looking to get together in a unique and natural decor located half way between Montreal and Ottawa. Our Sunday brunch for families and friends wishing to get together in the country for a good meal and a leisurely stroll in our gardens or in the nearby forest.
To celebrate our 35th anniversary and the official opening of our new spa, we asked ISHI, our spa supplier, to create for us body treatment products containing maple products. L'auberge des Gallant being renowned for its fine regional cuisine and its wine list, which deserved it a Gold Card in 2005 and 2006, we chose to promote gourmet body treatments in our spa. It was quite obvious to us that maple syrup had its place with chocolate and vinotherapy. The benefits of this natural and delicious sugar being hightly recognized and with a maple grove of more than 10,0000 grooves, we decided to develop a product both good for the skin and bearing the unique signature of Quebec.
Our regional producers have a lot to offer and we take full advantage of this horn of plenty in the preparation of our meals. An unparalleled gastronomic experience!
