The Downtown Hotel built and operating since 1982 in Dawson City, Yukon combines the Klondike era with up to date and convenience features.
The main building has 34 rooms and our newly built annex has 25 rooms. Each room has two double beds, a shower/bath combination and TV. OUr four deluxe suites have queen beds, a bar and connecting doors to neighbouring rooms for families.
We are in the heart of town, just one block from the Yukon River, the Palace Grand Theater with it's Gaslight Follies and Dawson's famous gambling casino - Diamond Tooth Gerties. Experience panning for gold and a trip to the gold fields or a game of golf at Dawson city's finest "Top of the World" golf course.
The Yukon is alive in winter, with visitors able to enjoy the spectacular Aurora Borealis, join the Trekkers Over the Top for a snowmobile run or a dog sled ride through perfect winter scenery.
