Snowboarding has grown steadily since it started at Martock in the mid-‘80’s. Martock has produced 2 snowboard Olympians, Trevor Andrew & Sarah Conrad. Sarah competed in halfpipe at the ‘06 Torino Games & Trevor competed in the ’98 Nagano Games & in the ’02 Salt Lake City Games. Alex Duckworth is leading the next wave with a Silver medal in pipe at the ’06 Jr. Worlds & an eye on the 2010 Olympic Team.
Martock is 600 feet high with seven trails including a terrain park & half pipe, 1 quad chairlift, two T-bar lifts & two rope tows.
All downhill trails including the terrain park & half pipe are lit for night skiing & snowboarding.Martock's snowmaking plant has a maximum capacity of 1,835 gallons of water per minute converted into snow...that\'s a lot of snow! We are able to provide consistent, reliable conditions throughout the season for alpine skiers, snowboarders & cross-country skiers.
